We operate transparently, with honesty and commitment far beyond expectations and contractual obligations. All of our team are time served and experienced in the event, festivals and exhibition industry's. We are here working directly for our event clients and also subcontracting to other event suppliers and companies. In 2023 the MLD team have taken on more new projects, clients, and festivals than ever before, alongside our annual events and customers who continue to return to us. This has been a challenge for our small company and team, but we have taken this in our stride. Our skills and reputation continue to grow in the industry. The team has grown with a couple of new faces in 2023 but maintains the same core team still being at the front of everything we do. The team has always been very tight and family based. Our team brings creativity, qualifications, training, attention to detail and our above and beyond commitment. We pride ourselves on a combination of expertise and passion that consistently sets us apart in the industry with our unwavering commitment to detail while also ensuring safe working practice and time frames are not missed. The passion we give to our clients and events is a testament to originality and ingenuity as well as our teams’ skills. We take pride in our ability to bring our clients' visions to life. All of our team are DBS checked and we are GDPR compliant and registered with the ICO.

Our core in house team have been working as a team at events for over 12 years. We have a few new faces in recent years, that have joined our family as we expand to meet demand. MLD are always carful to ensure that new team members are a good fit for our team and our clients. We recognise the need to train new staff and help the industry to maintain recruitment in the coming years and gladly look to take apprentices within our team. All of our team work directly for MLD and we never subcontract agency staffing.

We pride ourselves on our qualifications and dedication as well as our commitment to the industry and our clients. As a team we are well versed in the real-world practicalities of event and festival management (Rain or shine), the regulations and guidance that we adhere and operate too.
